METAL PROTECTION TUBES

Protection tubes are offered in Inconel, 300 and 400 series stainless steels, cast iron and carbon steels. Tubes are spun closed with our proprietary process for increased durability and added protection. Stocked in a range of standard diameters, bore sizes and lengths to meet your demands.

Metal Protection Tubes: Furnace Parts LLC manufactures metal protection tubes in many different materials. A large inventory of raw materials is available, allowing us to respond quickly and efficiently to customer needs.

Where corrosion resistance or high temperature resistance is a concern, Furnace Parts offers protection tubes in various stainless steel grades: 304, 316, 446 and inconel 600 & 601, and various schedules within those grades. We also manufacture carbon steel and cast iron protection tubes for applications that do not require corrosion resistance.

In addition to standard protection tubes, we also offer angle assemblies, flanged assemblies and assemblies with a multitude of bushings, nipples or other fittings welded or cemented.

Welding bushings are available in carbon steel or stainless steel and must be at least one size larger than the protection tube. Welded immersions must be at least 2" shorter than the overall length of the tube.
